The color of these solar modules is generated by an interference filter in reflection and not by colored cover glasses. No additional processing step is needed nor any speciality cover glass.

This technology yields brilliant colors and very low photovoltaic conversion efficiency loss below 3% rel. The appearance of the color is noble showing a kind of nice metallic look.
